The 2018 midterm elections are today, so here are some tips to help you get out and vote.
In California, the voting registration deadline was Oct. 22. However, registration is still possible by completing a conditional voter registration form, which you can fill out until today.
If you have already voted in California, you don’t need to bring your ID, but if this is your first time voting and you did not include a driver’s license number, California ID number or the last four digits of your Social Security number on your voter registration form, you will need proof of identification.
Students are able to vote on campus in the Bronco Student Center’s Andromeda suite from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Other polling places close to Pomona include Madison Elementary School, Rolling Ridge Elementary School and Golden Springs Elementary School, which are also open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
If you opted to vote by mail, make sure the ballot is complete and have it postmarked by today, so it is received by your county elections office no later than three days after voting.

Voting takes very little time and makes a big difference, so encourage your friends to vote with you and exercise this important right.
