Spaghetti Squash Recipe

Ingredients:

1 spaghetti squash

Arrabbiata sauce

Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Turn oven on to 350 degrees.

Cut spaghetti squash in half; scoop out seeds andstrands and place on cookie sheet face down.

Bake for about 50 minutes.

When squash is cool, take a fork and scoop out the squash from peel. It should forkout like spaghetti.

Add sauce and Parmesan to taste.

Each serving of spaghetti squash has 1/5 the amount of calories as the same servingof pasta.
