Cal Poly’s women’s soccer team got off to a strong start this
season, entering conference play 4-0, and now boasting a 6-2
overall record.

The Broncos have been impressive on defense, holding their
opponents to just nine goals in eight games.

Senior forward Mary Carroll has been formidable in offense,
racking up four goals and four assists.

The Broncos have created more opportunities than their
opponents, out-shooting them 111-82, and scoring 2.53 goals per
game.

Cal Poly will play at home this week, against UCSD Friday and
